Info Order, Shipping and Returns / Refunds
Items are shipped within 14 days by priority mail in which tracking will be provided.
Fed- ex overnight can be arranged at applicable cost.
Carlton Jones Collection ships from New York, NY via USPS, Fedex and Fedex Express to US and International territories.
- Fedex Priority Shipping 3-5 days - $10.00
- International Shipping 7 days - $35.00
***Please note that customers will be responsible for any additional custom duties or taxes for international deliveries.
We are happy to return any items you're not completely satisfied with.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
*unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
*must also be in the original packaging.
*returned within 30 days of receipt.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks of shipping,
contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items can be exchanged only (no refunds).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We're happy to replace items for another size or if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:
